For Fanime Submissions, you might want to do the thing of feeling out the following template:
- Fanime Title:
- Created By:
- Started:
- Finished: (put N/A, if still on going)
- Genre:
- Synopsis:
- One thing to note: (put N/A, if still on going)
- Link:
For unreleased and lost fanime, there is a separate way of submitting those compare to the regular way
Unreleased
- Title:
- Creator:
- Link for Evidence:
- Fate for the current day:
Lost Media:
- Title:
- Creator: (If possible to find)
- Link: for proof:
It'll make adding fanime on the list a lot easier then if I were to try and figure out the plot for a series, which I know it's a lil' hard to do sometimes

Though, if you want something that does not involve emailing, than there are Google Forms for released+public/unlisted fanimes, unreleased fanimes, and lost fanime for relative ease.
